Terms and Conditions
1. Participants
1.1 This promotion is only available for professional tradesmen within Great Britain between 1st March 2011 and 31st December 2011 inclusive.
1.2 All participants mush be aged 18 or over and must be resident in Great Britain.
1.3 This is an offer for professional tradesmen that may use the products in the course of their business and is not applicable to retailers or those purchasing in order to resell the products.
1.4 All participants are deemed to have agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. How to participate
2.1 To take part of this prize draw promotion, simply purchase any of the applicable IRWIN hand tools or power tool accessories from participating retailers and ask for your Challenge IRWIN Prize draw card with unique ID number from the sales personnel of the retailer stores participating. To enter into the prize draw go to www.challengeirwin.com and register your details including your unique ID number. Every 1x product purchased during the promotional period qualifies for 1x entry.

2.2. The Prizes are:
1) The first prize is av. custom IRWIN branded (wrapped by Joyce Design) Nissan 370Z GT Sports Car worth £35,000 (estimate value at 1st February 2011).
2) 50 x £500 IRWIN Tool Kits at IRWIN list price ex. VAT effective 1st April 2011), 1 per participating retailer. Contents to be determined at the discretionary decision of IRWIN Tools.
3. Prize draw entry
3.1. All participants who purchase a valid IRWIN promotional product from a participating retailer during the period of 1st April and 31st December 2011 can request a Challenge IRWIN prize draw entry card.
To register for the prize draw, the participants should register on: www.challengeirwin.com website stating details of purchase including where they purchased the product from. This offer is open from 1st April 2011 to 15th January 2012; there is no limit to number of entries per person.
3.3 There is absolutely no alternative available and no money will be issued regardless of the claim.
3.4 A prize draw per participating retailer will take place after the promotion has closed and the winners of the prizes will be notified by email or phone within 7 days from the draw. IRWIN Tools will endeavour to send the prize within 28 days of the prize draw. The promotion per retailer will be valid for a maximum of 3 months from start date – tbc by retailer. The grand prize will be drawn by prize draw method after the 15th January 2012 and the winner will be notified within 7 days of this date.
3.5 Winners may be required to take part in promotion activities. Names and county of the winners may be sent on request.
3.6 Entries received after 15th January 2012, incomplete, incorrect, illegible or multiple claims will not be processed. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any claims delayed, lost or completed incorrectly or incompletely.

3.10 This promotion cannot be redeemed in conjunction with any other promotion whatsoever.
3.11 In the event of any dispute over interpretation or implementation of these Terms and Conditions on any matter related to this offer, the decision of the directors of IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd is final.
4. THE PROMOTER
4.1. The promoter is IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd, Newell Rubbermaid, Halifax Avenue, Fradley Park, Lichfield, Staffordshire, WS13 8SS.
5. DISCLAIMERS
5.1. In the event of any prize not being available for whatever reason, IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd may offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value and quality. Prizes are as stated with no cash alternative in whole or in part and are non-transferable.
Any prizes unclaimed after reasonable efforts from IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd to contact the winner will be distributed at IRWIN’s discretion. IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries due to Internet Errors. The Promoter is not liable for lost prizes.
IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any stage, if deemed necessary in their opinion, and if circumstances arise outside of their control.
IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd reserves the right to withdraw any winner through a fraudulent claim. Upon there being no entries, there will be no winner.
5.2. IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd, shall not be liable for any loss, damage or injury of any nature howsoever caused, sustained by any participant under this promotion. However, nothing in these rules has the effect of excluding or limiting the liability IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd, for personal injury or death caused by negligence of IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd,.
5.3 IRWIN Industrial Tools Co. Ltd, shall not be liable for any failure to fulfil this offer where such failure is caused by any supervening circumstances amounting to force majeure. Such circumstances shall include, but shall not be limited to, severe weather conditions, fire, flood, war, earthquake, riots, industrial dispute, terrorism, acts of god, supervening legislation, or events which, without the fault of either party, render performance impossible or incapable of satisfactory execution.

The Promoter may retain your Personal Data for the purposes of this promotion.
